What is an escape room?
An escape room is a physical adventure game where players work together to solve a series of puzzles and challenges within a themed room to achieve a specific objective, usually escaping the room, within a set time limit.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PARTICIPATE IN OUR ESCAPE ROOMS?
Our rooms are designed for 2-6 players. Most of the puzzles require teamwork so the minimum number of players is 2, and for the perfect experience we do not recommend more than 6 players.
Are escape rooms suitable for all ages?
Ages 10 and above is recommended but everyone is of course welcome to play!
Kids under 15 require a guardian to be present during arrival and when the teams leave, but the guardian does not have to partake in the game. This is because we need to be able to contact someone swiftly in case something happens.
For kids aged 12 and under we request one adult to be present in the escape room during the game.
Some rooms are better suited for younger players. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we shall advise on suitability.
Kids under 7 play for free. One per full paying player.
Are escape rooms physically demanding?
Escape rooms are primarily mentally challenging, but they may involve some physical activity.
How do I book an escape room experience?
Continue by filling in your information and payment option in order to complete your reservation.
After you made your booking you will receive an email confirmation from our system. This email will contain the information on the time and date of your reservation. If you do not receive this emaTo make a reservation go back to our start page or press book now.
Select the scenario you wish to play to see the availability for that game. Individual rooms will show you availability by week so if you are looking for a particular date just select that date by pressing the calendar.
Mark the time you wish to book, if the slot is available you should now be able to select the numbers of player for your game.
Continue by filling in your information and payment option in order to complete your reservation.
If you wish to book more then one game we suggest you press “Book Multiple Rooms” instead, select the date you wish to visit us on by clicking the calendar on the ‘Multiple Bookings page’, mark the rooms you’d like to reserve and the number of players for each game.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the game depends on how many players are in your group.
For a group of 2 players, the price is €60 per game. For 3 players, the price is €65 per game, and for 4 players, it is €75 per game. A group of 5 players pays €85 per game, while for 6 players, the price is €90 per game.
The price of the game for 2 players is always 60 euros.
From Monday to Friday, students enjoy a special discount! Get €10 off any game session. Don’t forget to show your student ID to the game master upon arrival.
IMPORTANT: This discount cannot be combined with other offers and applies only if at least half of the players in the group have a valid student ID.

Payment Methods
You can choose to pay everything online, receive an invoice, use a voucher or a gift card purchased from us – or simply pay in cash at the location.
Please note that we do not accept credit cards for on-site payments.
The price of the game is based on the actual number of players participating, not just the number stated in your reservation, which means the final price may be adjusted on-site.
In order to use the voucher as payment add your voucher code in the field named “Discount Code” and click on “Check” to activate the voucher.
Cancelling, rescheduling & refunds
If, for a valid reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please kindly notify us by phone or email at least 6 hours before your scheduled time.
Regardless of group size, we do not offer refunds or vouchers for groups who neither notify us nor show up for their game.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and refunds are not available for their value.

Make sure you share our address with your team: Ulica kneza Mislava 14, Zagreb. If you are late or do not arrive for your game because your team went to the wrong location, the cancellation rules still apply.
What language are the rooms in?
All game materials and texts within the rooms are in English; however, the introduction, including the rules explanation, is available in either Croatian or English.
Please note that, although the instructions and introduction can be in Croatian, the gameplay itself inside the room will still be conducted in English.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the time stated on the booking page for an introduction.
The games will start at the time stated on the booking page. If your group is late by less than 15 minutes, you are still allowed to start the game, but the playing time will be shortened by the amount of time you were late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the booking will be considered cancelled. If one or more players are late, the game will start without them.
A game takes up to 60 minutes to play.
Gift Vouchers
Need a unique gift for Christmas, birthday, anniversary or just to surprise someone? A Fox in a Box gift voucher is the answer. If you give an experience like Fox in a Box Room Escape to your friends, they will be forever grateful.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase date and for Fox in a Box ZAGREB only (Ulica kneza Mislava 14, Zagreb).
Vouchers can be bought on the spot as well as online. If bought online you will receive it over your email.
